Co-Creation & Participatory Research

Qualitative research is often about clients, loved ones or professionals; their experiences, their actions and the context in which these originate is often central to qualitative research. Involving clients, loved ones or professionals in the research as well can significantly improve its quality and also make the research more compatible with practice. For example, consider formulating the research question together; setting up the research design; conducting the data collection or analyzing the data together. Much methological and practical knowledge is available about participatory research that will help you shape collaboration and increase quality of research.
